Todos menos uno, ese valiente Sandino.

Valores de Alma Digna, de Fé Absoluta, y de Fuerza Insobornable e Indeclinable de todas las Libertades, que los Seres Humanos debemos defender, proteger y asumir como Derechos inalienables.

Nos defiende el Amor... Nos defiende la formidable experiencia histórica de trascendencias y trascendencias, porque Pueblos, Honores y Espiritualidades somos, y ahí radica, precisamente, la Grandeza Espiritual y Humana de estos Territorios Sagrados y de tanta Sangre Santa con la que se han venido regando todos nuestros Caminos de Paz y de Futuro.
Cada 4 de Mayo renovamos los Compromisos con el Universo lleno de Fulgores, con los Tiempos que hacen brotar las Majestuosas Capacidades de nuestro Ser, cuando comprendemos de dónde venimos y hacia dónde vamos.

Aquí estamos reunidos, las Familias nicaragüenses, la Juventud nicaragüense, las Autoridades del Estado nicaragüense, las Autoridades de ese Estado donde el Pueblo és Presidente; aquí estamos reunidos para comprometernos con la Dignidad Nacional y comprometernos a ir Siempre Más Allá !

Hoy se están cumpliendo 99 años de esa fecha histórica, ya el próximo año llegaremos al Centenario; una fecha histórica que puso a prueba la Dignidad, el Valor de Ser nicaragüense. Esa prueba ya la habían pasado, en el Mes de Septiembre de los años 1856, los Hermanos encabezados por el General José Dolores Estrada.
A esas Fuerzas se incorporaron los Indígenas de Matagalpa, con arcos y flechas llegaron a defender la Soberanía de Nicaragua. Porque los yanquis habían invadido Nicaragua, y se habían atrevido, incluso, a nombrarse Presidente de Nicaragua, el tal William Walker. Y el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos reconociendo a un invasor que había llegado gracias a los vendepatrias, que lo habían contratado para que viniera aquí a apoyarlos a ellos, que estaban en disputa con otro Partido.
Y vino el yanqui en aquellos años, fíjense, vino con sus tropas bien armadas, bien entrenadas, con un Coronel, Byron Cole, y se tomaron Nicaragua. Pero bueno, ahí estaba el Patriotismo, la Dignidad, la Dignidad estaba sembrada ahí, la Dignidad de nuestros Hermanos de los Pueblos Originarios que habían hecho resistencia a los invasores.
Y allá en San Jacinto un puñado de nicaragüenses sin gran armamento, con el refuerzo de los Indios Flecheros, con arcos y flechas dando el combate. Y Andrés sin arma, pero que no se corrió, no se rindió, ¿qué hizo? Tomó la piedra y la lanzó contra el yanqui invasor, y lo derribó. Ahí se estaba poniendo a prueba por primera vez en la Historia.
Ya en la época donde los Países Centro-americanos se habían independizado de España, en 1821 se da la Independencia de España, y luego el yanqui le cae a Nicaragua, pensando que venían a encontrar esclavos y gente cobarde y servil.
Allí se demostró lo que bien manifestaba ese Héroe norteamericano, Brian Wilson, un Héroe que le lanzaron el tren las tropas yanquis, allá en los Estados Unidos, y él no se movió de los rieles. Y le arrancaron las piernas, pero no le arrancaron el Alma, no le arrancaron la Dignidad.
Bien lo decía Brian un día de estos, y esto debemos tenerlo grabado siempre, dijo Brian que él, describiendo su historia, cómo se solidarizó con la lucha del Pueblo nicaragüense, cómo se oponía a la guerra que imponía el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos encabezados por Ronald Reagan.
Ya sin piernas, no se rindió y siguió luchando, y sigue luchando Brian Wilson, sigue luchando; y dijo una frase que yo siento que ya estaba ahí en el corazón de los que resistieron la invasión del Colonialismo, de los que resistieron y derrotaron a los yanquis en San Jacinto; a los que se reunieron con Sandino, cuando Sandino queda solo, y luego ya son 29 y con Sandino son 30. ¡Imagínense, 30! A quién se le pasaba por la cabeza enfrentarse al Ejército de los Estados Unidos.
Pero ahí cabe lo que manifestaba Brian Wilson. Llega un momento, dice, en que uno le pierde miedo al miedo, pierde el miedo de tener miedo. Y aquí este Pueblo ha perdido el miedo de tener miedo, esta Juventud ha perdido el miedo de tener miedo.
Cuántas Batallas ha librado el Pueblo nicaragüense, con Dignidad, y en esas Batallas que ha librado el Pueblo nicaragüense nos ha estado acompañando siempre la Dignidad de Andrés Castro, de José Dolores Estrada y de los Indígenas de Matagalpa, la Dignidad del General Sandino y su Ejército Defensor de la Soberanía Nacional, la Dignidad de Carlos, Carlos Fonseca, Padre del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, que a pesar de las dificultades que tenía, la ceguera que padecía, cuando fue necesario no dudó en ir por la montaña a buscar cómo reunirse para promover la Unidad que estaba siendo afectada.
Y ahí, en esa marcha, en la montaña, Carlos, bueno, en condiciones muy desigual, pero como le había perdido el miedo a tener miedo, no se detuvo y siguió avanzando, hasta que entregó su Vida por el Pueblo, y por Nicaragua. Y así son miles y miles los Héroes y Mártires que están presentes aquí, acompañándonos con el Espíritu, con su Ejemplo, acompañándonos con sus Familias, acompañándonos siempre a decir: ¡No hay que tenerle miedo al miedo!
Y aquí hemos estado luchando a diario por la Paz, fundamental la Paz para poder desarrollar todas las Obras que estamos desarrollando, Obras en las que participan miles de jóvenes; ahí en labores de construcción de Escuelas, de Hospitales, de Carreteras, ahí están los nicaragüenses, Hombres y Mujeres que ya perdieron el miedo, le perdieron el miedo al miedo.
Porque todas estas Obras se están haciendo bajo la amenaza que siempre están lanzando desde los Estados Unidos los que están arrinconados allá en los Estados Unidos y están arrinconados en otros Países, lanzando amenazas y pidiendo porque venga ya la invasión contra Nicaragua, y piensan que se puede estar lanzando este tipo de invasión.
Cuando tenemos a un Pueblo, como el Pueblo de Cuba, que tiene ya más de 60 años de estar siendo amenazado con las invasiones; pero el Pueblo de Cuba es de los Pueblos que ya le perdieron miedo al miedo desde hace mucho tiempo.
Todos los días están lanzando aquello a través de las Redes, a través de los Medios de Comunicación que les financian en otros Países, lanzando amenazas, lanzando ataques, en contra del Pueblo nicaragüense. Ellos quisieran que con esas amenazas el Pueblo se aterrorizara, pero cuántos infiernos hemos pasado, cuántos infiernos.
El último infierno fue en el 2018, cuando ya ellos se sentían que salíamos huyendo. Y al final, ¿qué fue lo que pasó? Bueno, los que salieron huyendo fueron ellos, se montaron en el famoso avión, y ahí están en los Estados Unidos. Están amenazados con las deportaciones; otros han muerto ahí, no se sabe ni cómo, asesinados, o en accidentes.
Mueren cantidad de nicaragüenses, cantidad de latinoamericanos, todos los días, ahí en los Estados Unidos, como también mueren muchos norteamericanos, muchos ciudadanos norteamericanos mueren, porque los índices de criminalidad son elevadísimos.
¿Qué seguridad puede haber donde cualquier ciudadano, hasta un niño puede andar con un fusil, puede sacar un fusil? Esas Leyes están legalizadas ahí. ¿Y qué hacen esos niños, o que hacen los adultos luego? Disparan en las escuelas, en las fiestas, en las celebraciones, andan matando.
¿Y dónde está la seguridad de la que tanto hablan los Gobernantes norteamericanos? ¿Dónde está la seguridad? ¡No hay ninguna seguridad! ¡Ninguna seguridad! Simplemente está el negocio de las armas, donde colocan millones de millones en armamentos en varios Países.
En los Países Desarrollados, en los Países que vienen de las Políticas colonialistas y neocolonialistas, tienen un gran negocio ahí las empresas norteamericanas y lógicamente que eso lleva beneficios a los Gobernantes norteamericanos, les alegra, ellos anuncian con alegría cuando les van a comprar 100,000 millones... ¡Imagínense! 100,000 millones en armas, 50,000 millones en armas.
Aquí el arma más poderosa que tenemos los nicaragüenses es la Dignidad, la Dignidad, y la Dignidad es invaluable, ¡invaluable!
Y hoy, en el 99 Aniversario de esa gesta heroica del General Sandino, cuando dijo: Yo no firmo. Y Moncada le decía que fuera a firmar, que le iba a ir bien. Sandino dijo: ¡No! Era la Dignidad de un Héroe nicaragüense que sabía defender la Dignidad de la Patria, y luego organizó al Ejército Defensor de la Soberanía Nacional.
Y vinieron las tropas norteamericanas, desembarcaban las tropas norteamericanas y se iban a combatir a la montaña y tenían muchas bajas. No podían acabar con el Ejército Defensor de la Soberanía Nacional, un Ejército de Campesinos, un Ejército de Trabajadores, un Ejército de gente humilde, pero un Ejército lleno de Dignidad, de una enorme Fortaleza, de un enorme Espíritu, que cuando oían los aviones ahí no salían corriendo, simplemente venían y les disparaban a los aviones que traían los norteamericanos, el Ejército norteamericano. O cuando estaban bombardeando con los aviones, tampoco salían huyendo, sino que sabían cómo protegerse y defenderse.
Y cuánto tiempo, cuántas batallas y ese ejemplo del General Sandino y el Ejército Defensor de la Soberanía Nacional quedó marcado para siempre en el Alma y en el Corazón de los nicaragüenses, en el Alma y en el Corazón de la Juventud, como está también ahí grabado el ejemplo de los Héroes de San Jacinto.
En el Alma de los nicaragüenses quedó el sello de la Dignidad y eso es lo que más nos llena de orgullo, ser un Pueblo lleno de Dignidad, ser un Pueblo que no le tiene miedo al miedo, sino que cuando lo amenazan, cuántas veces no han amenazado a este Pueblo, cuando lo amenazan, el Pueblo nicaragüense simplemente ¿con qué se defiende? Se defiende con la Paz, con el Principio de la Paz. Y está demostrado que si el Pueblo nicaragüense es agredido, entonces el Pueblo nicaragüense tiene el Deber y el Derecho de defenderse de los agresores y de los invasores.
Herman@s nicaragüenses, Familias nicaragüenses, en este 99 Aniversario de esa fecha histórica, les decimos que vamos a continuar trabajando, desarrollando Obras, multiplicando Escuelas, Carreras Técnicas, en todo el País; mul-tiplicando las Actividades Deportivas en el todo País también, y defendiendo la Paz lógicamente, defendiendo la Paz. Ustedes bien saben lo que eso significa, defender la Paz.

Beloved Compañeras and Compañeros, beloved families of this proud Nicaragua, blessed with so many dignified People, to everyone a warm embrace, uniting us all in National Dignity.
We are Together and We Are Going Onward, Always Further On, because we are inspired by the infinite soul of our People, our History, our Memory, our Struggles, our Victories.
This day is one of the greatest historical and cultural significance for us, the Nicaraguan people by the Grace of God.
This is one of the days which, one way or another, are equivalent to September 14th, because Sandino, like Andrés, threw the Stone.
All but one,
that valiant Sandino.
We are all Sandino, we are all Daniel, and we all have the Duty to Sing the Wonders, Miracles, Portents and Wonders of our Patriotic Nation’s History.
We are all Sandino, we are all Daniel, we are all National Dignity!
Ours is a vigorous and glorious history and defines us as a Christian People in love with Life, who defend Life, made of Love, because we are indeed made of Love, of Vigor and Glory, because we are made to resonate with the highest notes, the purest musical staff, the highest and truest ideals, the fiery, splendid, powerful Values... Values of a dignified Soul, of absolute Faith, and of the incorruptible, unyielding strength of all Freedoms, which Human Beings must defend, protect and assume as inalienable Rights.
We are all Sandino, we are all Daniel!
On this Day of supreme and higher experiences... On this Day that ratifies the power of the Spirit... On this Day confirming all our strengths and potential, here we are, in this new century where so much offends us, but also very much that defends us...
Love defends us... The formidable historical experience of one transcendence after another defends us, because we are Peoples of honor and spirituality, and therein lies precisely the spiritual and human greatness of these sacred territories and of so much sacred blood with which all our Paths of Peace and the Future have been watered.
Every May 4th we renew our commitment to the Universe full of splendors, with the Times that make the majestic capacities of our Being flourish, when we understand where we have come from and where we are going.
All of Us are Sandino, All of Us are Daniel, All of Us are Youth, Sandinista Youth, Revolutionary Youth, Evolutionary Youth, Youth creating the Future!
God made us and makes us powerful... capable of creating, because we believe in His great power, and we receive all His strength, to continue making Paths, Paths of Fraternity, of Peace, Paths that we open as we make our way.
God of all, I believe in You,
God of the Humble
God who lives and resonates in each of us
God who is Passion, Joy, Enthusiasm, Brilliance, and with all His irreplaceable and true Omnipotence transfers to us every day the force of Will that protects and drives the Humble of the Earth, to whom we bravely work, sow, build, reap, always thinking of Everyone, and in the Good of Everyone.
God is Love, and He is Hope, He is Truth, and He is Justice, and His Unique Word reaches us, inspires us, moves us, gives us all the energy of Soul and the health of Heart, to continue the Battles, to embody Struggle and Victory, to Overcome, because it is necessary, essential, to Overcome, from the Divine Mandate to live in Brother and Sisterhood, to be Family, Community, and Beings able to change what must be changed, and to create the New, the Urgent, the Valuable, the Imperishable Life, Health, Truths and Lights, Life, Strength, Truths and Lights, to continue illuminating every sunrise.
We are all Sandino, we are all Daniel, we are all Light, Life and Truth, and we are all Going Onward, building the Future that belongs to Everyone!
We are gathered here, Nicaragua’s Families, Nicaragua’s Youth, the Authorities of the Nicaraguan State, the Authorities of this State where the People are President; we are all gathered here to commit ourselves to National Dignity and commit ourselves to go Always Further On!
Words of Daniel
Today is the 99th anniversary of this historic date, and next year we will reach the Centenary; a historic date that tested the Dignity and Value of being Nicaraguan. That test had already been passed, in the month of September 1856, by the Brothers led by General José Dolores Estrada.
The indigenous people of Matagalpa joined those forces, and with bows and arrows they came to defend the sovereignty of Nicaragua. Because the Yankees had invaded Nicaragua, and they had even dared to name William Walker as President of Nicaragua. And the Government of the United States recognized that invader, who had arrived thanks to the quislings who had hired him to come here to support them when they were in dispute with another political party.
And so, you see, the Yankee came in those years, he came with his well-armed, well-trained troops, with a Colonel called Byron Cole, and they took over Nicaragua. But, well, there was Patriotism and Dignity, Dignity was planted there, the Dignity of our Brothers and of our Original Peoples who resisted the invaders.
And there in San Jacinto, without great armament, a handful of Nicaraguans, reinforced by the Indian archers, with bows and arrows giving the fight. And Andrés found himself without a weapon, but he didn't run, he didn't give up, what did he do? He took that stone and threw it at the invading Yankee, and knocked him down. He was tested in that way for the first time in history.
Already at the time after the Central American Countries had become independent from Spain, in 1821 Independence from Spain was given, but then the Yankees fell on Nicaragua, thinking that they were going to find slaves and cowardly, servile people.
There it was demonstrated what that American Hero, Brian Wilson, explained so well, a Hero against whom the Yankee troops launched their train, there in the United States, and he did not move from the rails. And they ripped off his legs, but they didn't rip off his Soul, they couldn't rip off his Dignity.
Brian said it very well a few days ago, and we should always have this in mind, describing his history Brian spoke about how he stood in solidarity with the struggle of the Nicaraguan people, how he opposed the war imposed by the government of the United States headed by Ronald Reagan.
Even without his legs, he did not give up, but kept on fighting, and Brian Wilson keeps up the struggle, keeps fighting; and he said a phrase that I believe was already there in the hearts of those who resisted the colonialist invasion, of those who resisted and defeated the Yankees in San Jacinto; of those who joined with Sandino, when Sandino was left alone, and then there were only 29 and with Sandino they were 30. Imagine that, 30! Who decided to take on the United States Army.
That's exactly what Brian Wilson said. There comes a time, he says, when one loses fear of fear, loses the fear of being afraid. And here this People has lost the fear of being afraid, this Youth has lost the fear of being afraid.
How many battles have Nicaragua’s People not fought, with Dignity, and, in those battles the Nicaraguan People have fought, the Dignity of Andrés Castro, José Dolores Estrada and the Indigenous People of Matagalpa has always been with us, the Dignity of General Sandino and his Army in Defense of National Sovereignty, the Dignity of Carlos, Carlos Fonseca, father of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, who despite his difficulties, the blindness he suffered from, when necessary he did not hesitate to go up into the mountains to find ways to meet and promote the unity that was being undermined.
And there, on that march, in the mountains, Carlos, really, in very unequal conditions, but because he had lost the fear of being afraid, did not stop and kept moving forward, until he gave his life for the People, and for Nicaragua. And so there are thousands and thousands of Heroes and Martyrs who are present here, accompanying us in Spirit with their Example, accompanying us with their Families, always accompanying us to say: Do not be afraid of fear!
And here we have been fighting daily for Peace, Peace is fundamental to be able to develop all the public works that we are developing, projects in which thousands of young people participate; there in the construction of Schools, Hospitals, Roads, there are Nicaraguans, men and women who have already lost their fear, are no longer afraid of fear.
Because all these public works are being carried out under the threats constantly being made from the United States by those cornered there in the United States and those cornered in other Countries, launching threats and calling now for the invasion of Nicaragua, and they think that kind of invasion may be launched.
When we have a People, like the People of Cuba, who have already been threatened with invasions for more than 60 years; but the People of Cuba are among the Peoples who already lost their fear of fear, a long time ago.
Every day they are launching through the social networks, through the media they fund in other countries, launching threats, launching attacks, against the Nicaraguan people. They would like the people to be terrified by these threats, but how many infernos have we not come through, so many infernos.
The last inferno was in 2018, when they already felt that they had us on the run. But in the end, what happened? After all, they were the ones who had to run away, they got on the famous plane, and there they are in the United States. Now they are threatened with deportations; others have died there, no one even knows how, either murdered, or in accidents.
A lot of Nicaraguans, a lot of Latin Americans, die every day there in the United States, and many US people also die, many US citizens die, because the crime rates there are very high.
What security can there be where any citizen, even children, can walk around with a rifle, can pull out a rifle? Those gun laws are legal there. And what do those children do, or what do the adults do in the end? They open fire in schools, at parties, at celebrations and they go around killing people.
And where is the security that the US rulers talk so much about? Where is that security? There is no security! No security at all! There is simply the arms business, by which they sell trillions and millions in armaments to various countries.
In the developed countries, in the countries that benefited from colonialist and neocolonialist policies, US companies have done big business there and of course that brings benefits to the US rulers, they are happy when they announce with joy when they are going to sell US$100 billion... Imagine that! US$100 billion in weapons, or US$50 billion in weapons.
Here, the most powerful weapon Nicaraguans have is Dignity, Dignity, and that Dignity is invaluable, really invaluable!
Today, on the 99th anniversary of that heroic deed of General Sandino, when he said: I’m not signing. And Moncada told him to go sign, that he would do well out of it. Sandino said: No! It was the Dignity of a Nicaraguan Hero who knew how to defend the Dignity of his Patriotic Nation, and then he organized the Army Defending National Sovereignty.
And the US troops came, the US troops were disembarking and they set off to fight in the mountains and suffered a lot of casualties. They could not defeat the Army in Defense National Sovereignty, an army of peasants, an army of workers, an army of humble people, but an army full of Dignity, of enormous Strength, of enormous Spirit, such that when they heard the planes overhead they did not run away, they simply came and fired at the planes that the US was bringing, the US Army. Nor when the US was bombing with those planes, did they run away either, for they knew how to protect themselves and defend themselves.
And after so long, after so many battles, that example of General Sandino and the Army in Defense of National Sovereignty was forever marked in the Soul and in the Heart of Nicaraguans, in the Soul and in the Heart of our Youth, as the example of the Heroes of San Jacinto is also engraved there.
The seal of Dignity remains on the soul of Nicaraguans and that is what most fills us with pride, to be a People full of Dignity, to be a People unafraid of fear, and when they threaten as so many times they have threatened this People, when they are threatened, with what do the Nicaraguan People simply defend themselves? For it has been proved that if the Nicaraguan people are attacked, then the Nicaraguan People have the Duty and the Right to defend themselves from aggressors and invaders.
Nicaraguan Brothers and Sisters, Nicaraguan families, on the 99th Anniversary of this historic date, we can tell you we are going to continue working, developing public works, multiplying Schools, ensuring technical careers, throughout the Country; multiplying sports activities throughout the Country as well as of course defending Peace, defending Peace. You well know what that means, to defend Peace.
