Querido Hermano Presidente:
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en el nuestro propio, deseamos hacer llegar a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo de Kiribati nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones con motivo del 47° Aniversario de su Independencia Nacional, que conmemoran este próximo 12 de Julio.
Esta celebración nos remite a 1979, año que marcó el despertar soberano de nuestros Pueblos, cuando Kiribati alzó su voz como Nación Independiente en el Pacífico y Nicaragua consolidaba los Principios de su Revolución Popular.
Valoramos profundamente la Hermandad que nos une y reafirmamos nuestra voluntad de seguir construyendo puentes de cooperación que beneficien a ambas naciones.
Reciba, estimado Presidente, nuestro fraterno abrazo y el afecto sincero del Pueblo nicaragüense.

Dear Brother President,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to extend to you and the people of Kiribati our most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of your national independence, which you will commemorate this coming July 12.
This celebration takes us back to 1979, the year that marked the sovereign awakening of our peoples, when Kiribati raised its voice as an independent nation in the Pacific and Nicaragua was consolidating the principles of its Popular Revolution.
We deeply value the brotherhood that unites us and reaffirm our commitment to continue building bridges of cooperation that benefit both nations.
Please accept, dear President, our fraternal embrace and the sincere affection of the Nicaraguan people.
